2002 impala wont start?
i have a 3.8 impala and i just changed the switch of the ignition now it wont start i put the old one back on and it wont start either i got it to start straight from the starter but it shuts off. what can this be and how can i fix it also everything turns on just dosent crank at all2002 impala wont start?
If I remember correctly, those cars will have to have the key rekeyed or programmed to get the vehicle to start. Sounds like the theft system has kicked in.2002 impala wont start?
Can be an ignition relay /fuse that burned out when replacing the ignition switch.
Or a bad connection/ broken wire/ improper installation.2002 impala wont start?
If it starts from the starter then I would say there must be an ignition wire off or not connected real well. Take another look and make sure everything is making good contact. Hope you get it started..2002 impala wont start?
