There is a hole in the bottom of the steering column (the one that doesn't have a screw at the end of it) there will be a pin up in there you can press upwards with a small screwdriver or punch. if your talking about the key tumbler on the column use a paperclip to release the key/tumbler assy while turning key forward.hole is located underside of column beneath the key assy.
